Returns and refunds

Every Dharini piece is made by hand in Jaipur, and we want you to love it. If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags and packaging.
• Please write to us within 7 days of delivery to start a return.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. Please share a photo of the item and the parcel when you write to us.

Change of mind

You are welcome to return an item if you change your mind. Return shipping in that case is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method once we have received and checked the returned item. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect.

A note on handmade pieces

Small variations in print, colour and texture are part of how each piece is made by hand and are not defects. Colours can also look slightly different on different screens.
