Shipping
Every Dharini piece is made to order by hand in Jaipur, so please allow a little time. Your order will be dispatched within 5–10 working days of being placed; we would rather not rush it.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on where you are. Remote pin codes can take a little longer. You will receive tracking details by message as soon as your parcel ships.
Shipping within India is ₹79 on orders below ₹999, and free on orders of ₹999 and above.
We currently accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards and net banking). Cash on delivery is not available at the moment.
Returns and exchanges
If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
- If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund it. Please share a photo of the item and the parcel when you write to us.
- If you simply change your mind, you are welcome to return it; return shipping in that case is paid by the customer.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method once we have received and checked the item.
A note on colours
Colours can look slightly different on different screens. We photograph our pieces as truly as we can.
